All items are made to order. We offer free standard shipping orders over $69 to the whole world. For custom products, the processing time is 7-14 days. Usually, the product will take 3-5 days. Add processing time to shipping time to estimate when you will receive your order.

1. Shipping to USA

We are happy to offer free standard shipping orders over $69 to the entire US. For faster shipping service, you can choose our expedited shipping option.

Note: For USA orders, you must sign a purchase for $300 or more, whether or not you sign a waiver with the carrier. Any order for $300 or more requires an adult signature.

* Couriers cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We can only ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) via standard shipping methods.
* The above shipment time is the estimated quotation of our express company. Fanfu will not be responsible for any delay after shipment. Due to factors beyond your control, delays do occasionally occur, but be assured that Vessful will do its best to limit any inconvenience that may occur.
*Vessful temporarily does not support transactions in North Korea, Syria, and Iran.

B. DELIVERY TERMS, SAFETY & PACKAGE

To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at  service@vessful.com or Call Us at +86 13411167087

D. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

E. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
