Vessful accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to exchange/return any item(s), please contact customer support via email at service@vessful.com, or via our customer support chat line.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/Exchange Conditions

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. The period of return or exchange shall not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be adjusted or resized in any way.
    When returning or exchanging goods, customers must use a shipping method with tracking capability. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.
  4. For return or exchange, the promotional gift must be returned together with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund. If we cannot receive the returned product due to personal reasons (wrong contact number, delivery address, consignee), we will deduct the returned logistics fee and 50% of the product price

RETURN PROCESS

 To start a return, you can contact us at service@vessful.com or call us at +86 13411167087. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you with a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense, After that, you’ll receive a new product. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 1: Initiate your return

Send an email to service@vessful.com to send back the item you want to return.

Step 2: Receive a return notification email

Once you start returning items (Step 1), you will receive an email within 48 hours entitled "Vessful Notification about the progress of your return." In this email, you will receive further instructions to respond.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)

Please attach a copy of your return with the order number, full name, and email address. Packing charges shall be prepaid in a traceable manner.

Step 4: Upload the return tracking number

Remember, once the package is shipped back, log in and upload the return tracking number.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Final sale items do not qualify for refund, exchange, or resizing.
  2. Personalized items with "engravings" and "photos," such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets, are non-refundable. Vessful will charge a 35% exchange fee for personalized items.
  3. Custom items, stone color, metal, chain length, etc. chosen according to personal preference are non-refundable. For these items, Vessful charges a 35% purchase fee.
  4. Specially ordered items such as those with custom sizes and colors are non-refundable. (Custom sizes are those that cost an extra $20.) For special item exchanges, Vessful will charge a 35% purchase fee.
  5. Items without jewelry labels or worn, damaged, or modified are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    There is no refund for items of clothing used or sent to you as replacement/exchange.

Refunds

We will process the return within 5 days after receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credits upon request. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 1-3 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


RESTOCKING FEE

Vessful will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items.

  1. 10K white gold /10K rose gold /10K gold custom items
  2. Custom-made items in 14K white gold /14K rose gold /14K gold
  3. 18K white gold /18K Rose gold /18K gold custom items
  4. An object made of Mosaic stone.
  5. If multiple items (≥3) are returned from the same order, you will be charged a 35% replenishment fee for each returned item.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself

Cancellation Policy

We hope your order will be fulfilled in accordance with your requirements! Please view your personalized/sculpted/special order information before submitting your order. Double-check spelling, dates, and names. If you have any questions before ordering, please feel free to contact us.
Generally, it will be put into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellation after that time will incur a 30% material and processing charge.
